How to order:
we restock the website weekly with different boxes! If it’s sold out it’s because you’re either too early or too late. We post on Instagram the time and day of the next restock! Usually a Tuesday at 18:00 and a Saturday at 12:00! Once the website goes live, it usually sells out within 1 - 5 minutes so you do have to be quick to secure a box!
For a quicker checkout experience here’s some tips:
have an account! Create an account on our website to save your details for a quicker checkout.
Apple Pay? We have an Apple Pay button. Add the box you want to your basket, then click the Apple Pay button to check out. (Please make sure your address is up to date)
Be ready and waiting! Before the site goes live, head over to safari/google and put our website address is. When the site is loaded, click the box you want. Then when it gets closer to the time, refresh the page on the box that you are hoping to get!
TERMS & CONDITIONS!
Please allow 3 working days for dispatch from the day you order (saturdays orders are shipped Tuesday and Tuesdays orders are shipped Friday!) We ship items via Royal Mail 48h & 24h tracked parcel! This service states 1-2 days for 24h and 2-3 working days for 48h delivery, but due to COVID-19 it now states 1-7 working days. However, we are aware of delays in certain areas (mainly Liverpool) which have taken the parcels up to 14 days to arrive. Please note: there isn’t much we can do once parcels have been sent until 10 working days. This meaning we won’t be prioritising messages regarding delayed parcels, please only contact us when it’s been up to 10 working days from dispatch! Please order at your own risk as we can not be held responsible for delays. We will not be allowing refunds based on delays like this. Some items may turn up slightly damaged (nothing major just a few knocks and bumps) which we also can’t be held responsible for. The items should last the delays but in some cases they do not. Any refunds for anything that has gone wrong or you aren’t happy with require a return of the box at the customers expense.
